I'm Jason — a software engineer with 17+ years of experience across startups, mid-stage companies, and Google. I've designed systems handling millions of requests, built teams from scratch, and learned (sometimes the hard way) what makes software sustainable long-term.
I started Bearable Solutions because I believe most teams don't need more complexity — they need less. The right abstraction, the right trade-off, the right amount of process. I bring senior-level thinking to problems that need it, then get out of your way.
